Nic completed his four year apprenticeship with Petro Builders in 2022, following a former career in hospitality. On site Nic has a reputation for strong, ethical hard work. He likes being able to step back at the end of the day and see the physical progress he and the team has made. He’s no stranger to home renovations, having converted the lower level of his Queenslander into a photographic studio for his partner’s business, complete with an infinity cyclorama wall and office space. He’s a self described work and walker - clocking up to 40km each weekend with George the dog. In 2023 Nic will be tackling a 700km walk in support of mental health in the building industry.
